G.O. 2012: Namibia

The application deadline to be a participant on this year’s team has passed. So if you missed it–start planning for the summer of 2013! But also know that just because you’re not traveling this summer doesn’t mean you can’t be involved. As you know, it takes a team to get our teams over and back. There’s a role for you to play.

Christ’s Church’s GO2012: Namibia team will be in the African nation of Namibia for two weeks this summer to minister care to the country’s many HIV/AIDS orphans and vulnerable children, serving with our partners there in preschools, after-school activities, and helps ministries in their communities.

We need folks to pray. We need folks who can give financially to support the trip. We need folks who will help our team prepare. We will need to gather supplies to take with us–a list will be coming soon from our hosts. We’ll need logistics people here at home to support and assist our team on the field.
