If the camera was scooted a little to the left you could see the infamous “bucket” that some of our number in the early days actually took a ride in. It was originally for the lightkeepers children to ride to the mainland and attend school. I can only say you would never guess who the upstanding women of our church were who took a ride in the bucket – under the cover of darkness!!
ummmm… kathy… what happens on the ladies retreat stays on the ladies retreat…
