Staff
Darin Shaw is the Senior Pastor at Christ’s Church. He’s earned a couple of degrees, delivered a bunch of sermons, written a few blurbs, and led a handful of projects over the years, but he takes most seriously his roles as husband and father.
Darin joined the Christ’s Church staff in January of 2000. He, his wife Shari and their four daughters, Amanda, Katie, Becky and Emily came to New Hamphire from central Florida.
When he’s not busy with his family you may find Darin in a bar–he is a member of a band called 3 Chords & A Cloud of Dust that plays the local pub scene. He enjoys writing and blogging (see evidence here, here and here). He also loves turning a wrench on one of his old Fords.

Jesse Andreasen is the Minister of Worship Arts at Christ’s Church. He is a tremendous musician, but more than that he is a devout follower of Christ. His blend of musical talent and passionate faith have been a blessing to the congregation at Christ’s Church for more than a decade as he has served as a musician and song-leader.
In March of 2008 Jesse joined the staff as our Minister of Worship Arts, a newly created position aimed at broadening our congregation’s worship experience and developing a deeper culture of worship. You can join Jesse in conversation through his blog Before The Throne. Jesse teaches guitar and enjoys writing and recording music in his studio. He also plays in the local band 3 Chords & A Cloud of Dust.
Jesse and his wife Lisa were married in 2005 and welcomed their daughter Selah in May of 2009. They reside in Milford. Together they volunteer as a part of Christ’s Church student ministries staff. You can reach Jesse via email at jesse@ccnh.org or by calling the church office.
Sharon Havens serves as the Staff Administrator at Christ’s Church. Part of the staff since 1999, Sharon finds work at the church dynamic and challenging. She is involved in everything from putting up Christmas trees, organizing and feeding the multitudes a gourmet meal at a grad banquet, tracking 30+ members of our short term missions teams all over Africa, to appropriating the confetti for a worship service.
Sharon is married to Peter–a member of CCA’s Board of Elders and one of our worship music leaders–and they have three sons, Gregg, Joe and Jesse, and a daughter Caroline. Three pugs, two parakeets, and a cat round out the Havens household. Sharon volunteers as a member of the Womens Ministry Leadership Team at CCA.
