Prepare Your Heart
As Sunday approaches, join me in preparing to worship our Lord! Tomorrow has been titled 'Amazing Grace Sunday' by many churches around the world in celebrating the end of slavery, and in anticipation of the theatrical release of the movie 'Amazing Grace' which opens next week.
Jesse and the music team have a great set of songs ready for us to sing. Our study in the word will include a parable in Luke 14:15-24 and a text in Matthew 13:44-46, all having to do with the manner in which we respond to the gospel of the Kingdom.

I love being at Christ's Church :-)
What an awesome service. Thank you worship team for a great set of music! It was good to sing everything from "oh how i love Jesus" to Tomlin's version of amazing grace. Lis you rocked out on the geetar :-) I was wicked proud of you!
Pastor Darin, thanks for a great message and reminder of the things that get in the way. I know how blessed I am to be surrounded by so many people who always try to push me closer to my God. It also encouaraged me to evaluate different areas of my life, which is always a good thing.
Can't wait till next time :-)

yea... Lis!! I was so happy to see you step out of your comfort zone... you definitely glorifed Him!! And it cracked me up a bit... your geetar is almost as big as you!!! ;-)
