What To Do When Registrations are Full

What To Do When Registrations are Full

We don’t want anyone to miss LightFest! If registrations have been filled for our event, here are a few things you can do.

Stop by for a late Viewing

On LightFest weekends, the show runs for approximately 25 minutes with a 15-minute countdown in between. You can stop by around 8:20 or 9:05 to catch one of the late shows. Unfortunately, our LightFest team won’t be parking or serving hot drinks. But you can still pick up a pizza, choose your own spot and take it all in!

VISIT ANOTHER NIGHT

We run all several unstaffed shows outside of LightFest weekends, including 2024’s show. Everything runs on a loop, so you can visit any time between 5 and 10 pm to see some activity. Christmas Eve is a special night. We hold Christmas Eve services at 4:30 pm and 6 pm. So our parking lot is mostly devoted to that. But you can still swing by to see renditions of Silent Night set to the winning color of our yearly Charity Vote, especially after 7:30 pm.

REVISIT THE REGISTRATION PAGE

Guests ocassionally cancel their registrations, so it’s always worth going back to see if a spot has opened up.

DRIVE UP DURING THE EVENT

We reserve a limited number of spots for guests who drive up on a LightFest night. We can’t guarantee a spot will be available. But if attending during a night when our team parks and serves drinks is a family tradition, you might want to take a chance and see if you can get in.
