On August 21st, Christ’s Church joined with believers from over half a dozen other congregations at Keyes Field in Milford, NH to lift up the name of Jesus. A multi-church worship team led us in a time of praise music. We heard testimony about what God is doing as churches partner together to pray and to work together to care for our communities. Pastor Darrell VanWagner of River of Live brought a message from God’s word, challenging us to focus on what unifies us and draws people to Jesus. Susan Taylor from the Boys & Girls Club of the Souhegan Valley shared about some of the needs of the community, and we we were able to raise nearly $4,000 to help families in need of scholarships for their programs. Praise God for this wonderful day. May all the glory go to Jesus. We hope to see you at Worship in the Park 2017!
