The Bible as One Big Story
We often think of the Bible as a collection of books, stories, laws, poems, letters, and prophecies. But what if we also learned to see it as one great story?
This summer, we are tracing the big story of Scripture through four movements:
Creation. Fall. Redemption. Renewal.
Each week, we will read key passages connected to Sunday’s message, with optional Bible Project videos or resources to help families, students, and adults engage more deeply. This is not about checking boxes or becoming Bible experts overnight. It is about learning to see the whole story more clearly—and discovering where our lives fit inside God’s good, rescuing, renewing work.
Families can track their weekly reading through our Summer Bible Reading app. Each weekly reading log is open from Monday through Sunday at noon. And as a way to cheer you on, famlies who register their reading are entered into a drawing for free ice cream from one of our local favorites.
How to Participate
- Read the weekly passages as an individual, family, or group.
- Watch the optional Bible Project video or resource if you want to go deeper.
- Submit your completed reading through the Summer Bible Reading app.
- Submit by Sunday at noon each week to be entered for a chance for free ice cream for the family.
